RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.

ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted when:

✓ Items are unworn and unwashed
✓ Original tags are still attached
✓ Items are in original packaging
✓ Pre-order items (same policy from delivery date)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

✗ Items marked as "Final Sale"
✗ Gift cards
✗ Items damaged by misuse

HOW TO RETURN

1. Email returns@kalvingeorge.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (USA only)
3. Drop off at nearest carrier location
4. Refund issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

REFUND METHOD

• Refunds go to your original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
• Sale or discounted items refunded at purchase price

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
